Éirlúm Designs creates handcrafted, Irish-inspired lamps and décor items. Many items are made to order or personalised.
All purchases made through this website are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

2.1 Handmade Products
All products are handcrafted using common manufacturing techniques including 3D printing and laser cutting.
Due to the handmade process, slight variations in texture, finish, or colour may occur — this is normal and part of the product’s unique character.
 
2.2 Photo Uploads & Personalised Lamps
If you upload photos or artwork for a personalised product, you confirm that:

• You own the image or have permission to use it

• The image does not infringe copyright or privacy laws

• The image does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal content
   

Éirlúm Designs reserves the right to decline any image we deem unsuitable.
Submitted images are used only for fulfilling your order and are deleted after production (see Privacy Policy for retention details).
Personalised items cannot be refunded once production has begun.

3.1 Ordering
Orders are only considered confirmed once payment is received.
If a customer requests a lamp but does not pay, the order will not be placed in the production queue. Customers must ensure they select the correct product type within the store.
If a Standard Lamp is paid for, any uploaded or forwarded images will be ignored, and a standard, non-personalised lamp will be produced and shipped. Uploading/forwarding images does not convert a standard order into a personalised order.
To receive a personalised lamp, the Personalised Lamp option must be explicitly selected and paid for. No refunds or remakes will be offered where the incorrect option was chosen by the customer.
 
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept:

• Stripe (card payments)

• Apple Pay

• Direct payment through Revolut (for in-person sales)

All payments are handled securely by their respective payment processors.

3.3 Order Changes
Requests to change an order must be made within 24 hours.
After production starts, changes may not be possible.

All prices are listed in Euro (€).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

5.1 Processing Time
Because products are handmade, typical production times are:

• 2–5 business days for standard items

• 4–6 business days for personalised lamps

During busy periods (e.g., Christmas), processing times may be longer.
 
5.2 Delivery
We ship within:

• Ireland

• The EU

• Other locations on request

 
Éirlúm Designs is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or lost packages caused by third-party carriers.
 
5.3 Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided and a parcel is returned, the customer must pay additional postage for re-delivery.

6.1 Personalised Items

Customised or personalised products cannot be returned or refunded, unless:

• The item is faulty

• The wrong item was sent

6.2 Standard Items

You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective.

6.3 Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
After this time, production may already have begun.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos of the issue (email Info@eirlumdesigns.com)

• We will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate

Damage caused by misuse (dropping, water exposure, incorrect power supply, etc.) is not covered.

All designs, product images, lamp patterns, 3D models, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Éirlúm Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

By uploading or sending a photo to us for personalisation, you grant Éirlúm Designs a temporary licence to:

• Use the image solely for producing your product

• Edit or crop the image as required for printing

We will:

• Never resell or reuse your image

• Never share it externally

• Delete it once your order is completed (typically within 30 days)

Some products use low-voltage USB LED lighting.
Customers must use:

• A certified USB power source

• A 5V power supply only

Éirlúm Designs is not responsible for damage caused by using unsafe or incorrect chargers.

Products are not toys and should be kept away from small children.

Éirlúm Designs is not liable for:

• Delays caused by couriers

• Damage caused by misuse of products

• Loss of data or images uploaded by the customer

• Issues arising from incorrect power supplies or modifications to the product

To the fullest extent allowed by Irish law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and the EU.

Any disputes will be handled by the Irish courts.
