Personalise this lamp by uploading photos of loved ones, pets, weddings, or special moments, and we’ll transform them into glowing 3D lithophane windows. Each lamp becomes a one-of-a-kind heirloom!

📸 Personalisation

For best results, please ensure your images are close to the recommended sizes:

  • 532 × 1714 px for full-size images (1 image per window)

  • 532 × 855 px for half-size images (2 images per window)

Images that are much larger may be cropped slightly to fit, while smaller images can appear pixelated or lose detail when printed.

Note: Portrait images work best but we can also work with landscape images.

  • Processing time: Each lamp is handmade to order. Please allow 4 – 6 business days for production before dispatch.

  • Delivery times (approx.):

    • Ireland: 3 – 4 business days

    • UK: 4 – 7 business days

    • Europe: 5 – 10 business days

    • USA: 7 – 14 business days

  • Packaging: Lamps are shipped in protective foam and sturdy boxes to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Personalised lamps are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at info@eirlumdesigns.com within 48 hours with photos so I can arrange a replacement or refund.
